Generally, you can use a knife to cut the slices of mango and keep them in a plate, and when you're finished with cutting all the slices, you are ready to enjoy your mango.

The seed of the mango has a lot of pulp, and you can have that using a knife.

2. Some people like to peel the outer layer of mango with a peeler, and after peeling the mango thoroughly enjoy the pulp. Eating this way can create a little mess, but it's worth it. I'll personally recommend you to at least try once. 
You can also try mango to make some tasty recipes like Aamras (mango juice), mango ice cream, etc. I'm a big fan of Mango shake, and it's refreshing, especially in summers it's a heaven's delight.
